Nav Singh, MD, FACOG
Dr. Singh moved to Las Vegas in September of 2017 to get away from the snow of the Midwest with his wife, two children, two dogs and three cats. He participates in an active lifestyle playing golf, running, and gardening. He also has two adult sons, an interest in music and photography and enjoys trying out all of the culinary delights Las Vegas has to offer.
He started in practice in Cincinnati, Ohio. While in Cincinnati he was recipient of numerous patient care awards. He received the Patients Choice Award from 2011 to 2015 and Most Compassionate Doctor 2012 through 2015. In 2015, he was voted Top 10 Doctors of Cincinnati. In Las Vegas, he practiced at New Beginnings for two years before accepting the offer to take over for retiring physician, Dr. Gex. Dr. Singh loves running his own practice, and is grateful for this opportunity to make WHASN Southwest a valued part of the Las Vegas healthcare community.
Dr. Singh's mission is to provide compassionate care through all stages of a women’s life with the highest level of medical expertise.

Olga Dorlon physician's assistant
Olga Dorlon, PA-C is a Board Certified Physician Assistant with more than 10 years experience in the medical profession. Originally from Eastern Europe, she received her Doctor of Medicine from Kiev National Medical University and completed her residency at Kiev Obstetrical Hospital #3. She moved to Las Vegas/Henderson in 2003 and received her Masters of Physician Assistant from Touro University. She has been a provider with WHASN Southwest since 2015.

Tina Pearson, certified nurse midwife
Tina Pearson, APRN-CNM, MSN and her husband loved raising their two children in the small town, college community of Oxford, Ohio, home to Miami University. However, tired of the Midwest winters, they relocated to Las Vegas in January 2023. Gardening, hiking, photography, travel and music are some of her hobbies, enjoyed even more when paired with family and friends.
For more than 35 years, she has been caring for women and families as a professional nurse. Originally from the greater Cincinnati area in Ohio, Tina worked alongside Dr. Singh as a staff nurse caring for postpartum and laboring women. After completing her Masters in Midwifery, she provided obstetric and gynecologic care to the women of Southwest Ohio for 10 years in private practice. During this time, she received the Daisy Award for compassionate care and was identified throughout the community as an avid supporter of natural birth.
Tina’s mission is to provide women with up to date, evidence based, information regarding their health in a compassionate, holistic framework. She looks forward to partnering with the women of Las Vegas and providing excellence in Midwifery care.
Tamaris Cotta, nurse practitioner
- My name is Tamaris Cotta, APRN and I’m a native Nevadan. I received my Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from The University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2008 and my Master’s degree in Nursing (specializing in Women's Healthcare) from the University of Cincinnati in 2012. After working 2 years as a Registered Nurse in long-term care, I decided to pursue my passion in women’s healthcare as it allows me to be an advocate for women through the various stages of their lives. I started as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner working in one of the busiest women’s clinics in Fresno, California and gained a vast amount of experience and knowledge working with the underserved community there. I worked for clinics in both Northern and Southern Nevada before joining the organization of WHASN. I’ve now been a part of WHASN since 2017. I love hiking, traveling, and spending time with my husband and son.
